Registration & cancellation.

If circumstances require that all or part of the event be cancelled or modified due to factors such as (but not limited to) extreme weather, wildfire, poor air quality, landslide, revoked permits, protest, demonstrations, accidents, terrorist incidents, health emergencies, or public health decrees, no refunds will be issued.

Participants may transfer their registration to another rider for the same event year. Transfers are available until April 15 at 11:59 AM (MT). The transfer fee is $100 + tax and processing fees. To initiate a transfer, please contact us before the deadline..

The Event Director may shorten, delay or cancel the course for safety, park requirements, air quality and wildlife. The refund consequences must match final Race Roster terms.
