Event Cancellation & Refund Policy
Event Cancellation
If circumstances require that all or part of the event be cancelled or modified due to factors such as (but not limited to) extreme weather, wildfire, poor air quality, landslide, revoked permits, protest, demonstrations, accidents, terrorist incidents, health emergencies, or public health decrees,
no refunds will be issued.
Not Completing the Ride
If a participant is unable to complete the ride due to accident, injury, or mechanical issues, no refunds will be provided.
Not Attending the Ride
If a registered participant is unable to attend the event for any reason, no refunds will be processed.
Deferral Policy
Participants may defer their entry to the following year in the event of an injury or scheduling conflict.

Deferrals are available until April 15 at 11:59 AM (MT).

After this date, event costs are fully committed (permits, medals, gear, meals, etc.), and deferrals will no longer be accepted.

The deferral fee is $150 + tax and processing fees.

To request a deferral, please contact us directly before the deadline.
Transfer Policy
Participants may transfer their registration to another rider for the same event year.
